Examinations

this word must be very very close to everyone of us.
no matter what we are doing, we always have to go through several test...
to test whether we are fit or able to do the specific job...
in schools, we have test, to see we are smart or stupid?
in jobs, we have test, to see we are able to handle the task or not?
in medical, we have test, to see we are sick or not?

almost everything and everywhere there will be test around to keep testing us..
but..
are tests are really useful?
if u are a boss... u will employ someone who get an A rather than a C...
but...
if someone study 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, he scored 70 - 80 %...
another person just barely read through, he scored 50 - 60%...
who will u employ if you are given this facts?
